We are currently experiencing an outage on our backend service for our terminals. This means terminals cannot receive updates to their configuration from PayManager and that they cannot deliver their logs. We are working on getting the system back into operation as soon as possible.

The server hosting the Luca Broker service experienced sustained high CPU utilization, which required a restart to restore stability. Upon restart, all Luca terminals initiated concurrent connection attempts to retrieve their parameters, which caused an overload and led to system failure.
To mitigate this risk going forward, we have decided to relocate the Luca Broker service to a separate server. This change will improve system resilience and reduce the likelihood of similar disruptions in the future.
